and RMB 300 milllion yuan of total assets and fixed assets,
covers an area of 280000 square meters, and reaches an annual
sales income of RMB 700 million yuan .It has 1060 employees(including
30% technicians) and is equipped with 650 sets of international
and domestic advanced, sophisticated and special devices and
20 special production lines.
This company integrated with scientific
research, industry and trade mainly engages in autombile brake
system and enjoys the right of selfimport-export. Its main
products include the car-, light truck-and minicar-series
disk brakes ,drum brakes ,vacuum servo brakes, master wheel
brake cylinders and master wheel clutches and now it is developing
the independent suspension system, brake manipulation mechanism
and anti-lock brake systems(ABS).Its products are mainly supplied
to major domestic automobile manufacturers such as FAW, FAW-VW,
Dongfeng Motor , Beijing Cherokee, Jinbei Passenger Car, Aviation
Co. Including Chongqing Changan, Changhe, Harbin Liuzhou Mini
Vehicles Co., Jianlin, Sichuan Toyata, America Delphi, and
so on. The share of its products in domestic markets is one
third and its products are also exported to USA, Canada ,
Australia and Southeast Asia. |
It always
strives to improve its capacity in developing new products.
Recently its many products were qualified in provisional technological
assessment or assessment of domestication and they filled the
domestic gap. Many products won the provincial-level excellent
new product and new technology prize and the title of state-level
new product, and were assessed as famous products of Zhejiang
Province. Its vacuum servo brake assembly and master brake cylinder
assembly were qualified in authentication of China Automobile
Products. In 1998 it was qualified in authentication of ISO9002
Quality Assurance System and in 1999 its technical center was
assessed as provincial-level technical center. In 2000 it was
qualified in QS 9000 Quality System Authentication Registration.
Due to its top quality of products and strict and scientific
management, it was valued by major domestic automobile manufacturers
such as China First Automobile Group, Dongfeng Automobile Corp.
And Hafei Automobile Corp. Ltd as the excellent auxiliary-component
supplier. supplier of the excellent product quality and rank-A
subcontractor . This company won the title of the Excellent
Technical-Progress Enterprise of Zhejiang Province and one of
